The Academic Services Department is headed by the Academic Services Director and consists of the following divisions:

Student managers are the contacts for people interested in studying and for existing students throughout their studies. They also provide administrative support to the teaching staff in their work.
Faculty Services
Faculty Services is responsible for the management and development of courses and programmes of studies and the faculties.
EDUDL+
EDUDL+ (Educational Development Unit in Distance Learning) is responsible for the quality of teaching at UniDistance Suisse.
Continuing Education
Continuing Education is responsible for managing and running the continuing education programmes and developing the range of programmes offered.
Services & Alumni
Services & Alumni is responsible for holding public conferences and lectures and for the alumni network.
