CAS Intelligence émotionnelle dans les organisations
En ligne
In an era where AI and data shape critical business decisions, success depends not only on technical excellence but also on ethical responsibility.
How can leaders in data-driven organisations use data to drive innovation without compromising trust? What are common ethical risks? And how can leaders embed responsible data practices throughout the lifecycle of data-driven projects?
In this webinar we explore real-world challenges such as privacy, transparency and regulatory compliance, showing how leaders can turn these issues into opportunities, build trust and long-term value.
Dr Sandra Husi is a lawyer who is regarded as an expert on data protection issues, particularly in the context of public law. Prior to her current role as data protection adviser to the Federal Department of Justice and Police (EJPD) in Bern, Sandra Husi was Deputy Data Protection Officer for the Canton of Basel-Stadt. She teaches the module “Data ethics and compliance” of the CAS Data Science Leadership.
The CAS Data Science Leadership is designed for professionals who want to bridge the gap between business and technology teams: Study real-world use cases and understand the challenges faced by data-driven organisations. Learn from experts how to optimise team structures, prioritise projects, and allocate resources effectively. Get equipped to identify and develop data science talents, establish a robust data infrastructure, monetise data assets, and address legal and ethical data concerns.
